        What is the approximate value of the property? This is likely different than the assessed value of the property.


    Mixed Use Property

        Will the property also be used as a business you operate?


    Manufactured Home

        Is the property pre-built in a factory and secured permanently to the land or via a permanent chassis?


    Other New Mortgage Loans on the Property You are Buying or Refinancing

        Are you applying for other new mortgage loans other than this one for the property? A common example would be taking a second lien for a purpose like a business loan?
